First opened on 26 March 2012, in a short time, owners, husband and wife chef team, Nick and Sonia Anthony have carved out a unique place in Bendigo’s increasingly vibrant culinary scene. Nick and Sonia draw on over 40 collective years of experience in top restaurants around the globe, including Bendigo, Melbourne, London and Singapore.
